Mamie Laverock's “When Calls the Heart” Family Asks for Miracle as She Remains on Life Support After Fall

Mamie Laverock's "When Calls the Heart" family is deeply concerned as she remains on life support after a five-story fall. The 19-year-old actress experienced a medical emergency on May 11 and was taken to a Winnipeg hospital.

Days later, she was transferred to an intensive treatment center in Vancouver. There, she fell from a balcony walkway, leading to multiple surgeries and her current state on life support.

Her parents, Rob and Nicole Compton, expressed their devastation and shock on a GoFundMe page. Castmates, including Mitchell Kummen and Johannah Newmarch, shared their heartfelt messages and urged fans to support the fundraiser.

Erin Krakow, who plays Elizabeth Thatcher, also encouraged donations via her Instagram, while other cast members like Ava Grace Cooper, Gracyn Shinyei, and Andrea Brooks shared the campaign on social media.

Hallmark Media, which produces "When Calls the Heart," expressed its sadness and support for Mamie and her family, wishing them peace and comfort during this challenging time.

Laverock, known for her role as Rosaleen Sullivan in the show's first two seasons and its 10th season in 2023, remains a beloved figure in the "When Calls the Heart" community.
