Child actors grow up fast, and that certainly holds true for Thomas Brodie-Sangster, the cherubic-faced boy who stole hearts with his quest for love at Heathrow Airport in the beloved Christmas rom-com, Love Actually. This past Saturday (June 22nd, 2024), the 34-year-old actor tied the knot with actress Talulah Riley, 38, in a romantic ceremony in Hertfordshire, England.

The couple, who met on the set of the Disney+ series Pistol in 2021, announced their engagement in July 2023. Photos obtained by The Sun captured their wedded bliss as they exited the historic St. George's Church in Anstey. Riley looked radiant in a classic white gown with a full skirt and a flowing veil, while Brodie-Sangster complemented her elegance in a dapper ensemble featuring pinstriped trousers and a floral waistcoat. Beaming smiles and celebratory confetti showers marked the joyous occasion as the newlyweds walked hand-in-hand through the churchyard before departing in a horse-drawn carriage.



A Match Made on Set

Brodie-Sangster's career has spanned various genres since his breakout role in Love Actually. He's charmed audiences in films like Nanny McPhee, the Maze Runner series, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. He also garnered a dedicated fanbase for his portrayal of Jojen Reed in the fantasy epic, Game of Thrones. Riley, known for her roles in St. Trinian's and the Westworld series, shares a similar career trajectory, having graced the screen in diverse projects.

Their paths crossed in 2021 while filming Pistol, a miniseries chronicling the rise of the Sex Pistols punk rock band. The couple kept their relationship relatively private until their red-carpet debut at the BAFTAs in March 2023.
